Thunderbird Oaks Mobile Home Club is proudly owned and operated by Keith Management LLC, a family-run property management company with decades of experience overseeing mobile home parks and RV communities across California, Arizona, and Nevada.

Day-to-day operations at Thunderbird Oaks are overseen by Martin and Kathy Spellman, the dedicated onsite managers who ensure the property is well-maintained, residents’ needs are met, and the community runs smoothly. Their local presence provides residents with responsive support and consistent care.
